Delete your Qalevia account

In the app (Android and iPhone)

Open Profile → Delete account, type DELETE and tap “Delete my account”. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email privacy@qalevia.com from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your voice clone
All your affirmations and audio recordings
Your goals, schedules and Future You letters
Your settings
Your account itself

We don’t keep any of it.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings.
